Though, there are several brand’s printers are available in the market. There are two basic ways to attach a printer to your computer.
Both the ways are simple as well preferable according to the user’s need, but a wireless printer is beneficial where a number of systems can be attached and can share the data with single printer only. Before use, it requires few simple setup steps for wireless printers:-
Steps:-
- Attach it directly to the computer and share it with others via a network. (LAN)
- Connect the printer to the network as a standalone device(Wireless).

Steps:-
- Click on “Start” button, then go to “ Devices and printers”.
- Select the option named” Add a printer” which is on the top of the Window. A child window will Open.
- Click to “Add a Network “, Select one either “Wireless” or “Bluetooth printer”. The computer will search for the available printer to attach.
- Choose the name of the printer you want to add in the list of results and press”Next Button”.
- Click to install drivers if your computer does not have.
- Follow all the Onscreen guidelines or instructions and then press”Finish”. Your computer will directly recognize the network and print something to check the accuracy level of your printer.
